Artsy Owls Birthday Card
I am trying to go through my large collection of assorted cards and papers. I started with a square embosssed card that TAC carried some time back. I masked around the square and stamped the tree from Artsy Owls in the middle. Then I stamped and colored the Artsy Owls with Copics and put them on with pop dots. I added the sentiment from What a Hoot, punched the tag from Miss Moxie cardstock, and used it to line the inside, too. I cut the right hand side for the inside a bit larger than the front and used decorative scissors to trim it on one side. I liked the way it shows in the front with the card closed. I am really liking using patterned paper to line the inside of the cards and am doing it lots lately. I used gold stckles on the number and the dots and swirls around the U. I also used a Versamark pen and clear embossing powder to make the U stand out.
Thank you for visiting. I would love to hear any comments or answer any questions you may have.
